Welcome to Peek-A-Waterview Lodge. This cozy cabin has been fully remodeled and is perfect for families and friends to enjoy some relaxation and fun. We are 1 house away from the lake, located in the serene Boulder Bay neighborhood with a short drive to Pleasure Point Marina, Big Bear's Main St., restaurants, shopping, and ski slopes. This cabin sits on 1/3 acre with a fenced backyard perfect for your family and pets to enjoy. A front deck offers relaxation and tranquil peek-a-views of the lake.

Peek-A-Waterview Lodge has been fully remodeled to provide everything you, your family, friends and pets need to have a perfect getaway. Our professional cleaning crew provides a safe and clean environment to welcome you. All linens and bedding are provided. The main cabin is all one level with an open concept to the kitchen, living room, game room and front deck.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances and fully-stocked for your needs with attached dining room perfect for all to gather, cook and enjoy meals. A coffee bar is stocked with a Keurig Kcup brewer, electric kettle and a 12 cup coffee maker ready to make your favorite hot drinks.

GAME ROOM: The game room is open to the living room and is perfect for all to immerse themselves in some friendly competitions. There is a 14ft. shuffle board, card table, foosball table, stocked board game cabinet and a full size arcade console with 300 games!

LIVING ROOM: The living room has a fireplace complete with blower, rustic-chic decor, ample seating (including a sofa bed), free high speed WIFI (throughout the whole property) and a Smart TV ready to watch your favorite streaming channels.

FRONT DECK: From the living room you can walk out the french doors onto a massive front deck with peek-a-views of the lake and mountains. There is plenty of room to enjoy a meal on the outdoor dining table or sit in adirondack chairs around the gas firepit table with your favorite beverage.

LAUNDRY ROOM: A full size washer and dryer are ready to use.
MAIN CABIN: The main cabin has 2 large bedrooms and fully remodeled attached bathrooms including a deep soaking tub. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with twin trundle.

CARRIAGE HOUSE: The carriage house (above the garage) has also been fully remodeled including a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, & coffee k-cup brewer. There is a Smart TV and PS4 with games ready to entertain. The space includes 2 queen beds, 1 full futon and 1 twin bed.

YARD: The lot is 1/3 acre and offers lots of room to enjoy the outdoors. In the fenced backyard there is a basketball hoop, bikes, corn hole and lots of places to roam or maybe have a snowball fight! Tall pine trees throughout the property - some over 200 years old! - create a serene mountain get away with several other peek-a views of the lake to be enjoyed.

WINTER: When snow and ice are present you must have 4x4 and/or chains to access the sloped driveway. There is no parking on the street. Boulder bay streets are kept clear from snow so you can be on your way to enjoying activities planned for the day.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Big Bear Lake is a year round vacation destination with activities for everyone. There are many different local tours, including helicopter, airplane, off-road, boat, e-bike and Segway tours.

RECREATION: Biking, hiking, camping, bowling, go cart racing, golfing, gold mining, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, snow play, cross country skiing, ziplining, ropes courses, etc...

LAKE & WATER ACITIVITES: With close proximity to Pleasure Point Marina (no need to leave the neighborhood) you can enjoy boating, canoeing, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, sailing, swimming, water skiing, wakeboarding, etc... Public launch ramp and/or rentals available for all of the above!

Located in the peaceful Boulder Bay neighborhood perfect for evening walks or bike rides with the family. The cabin is a short walk from lake access & sits across the street from the perfect sledding hill in winter!

Easy accessibility with paved roads that are cleared during the winter snow.

KAYAK (2 person), 2 Stand Up Paddleboards, BIKES (2 adults, 2 kids) are available to use for an additional cost with signed waiver. Please check with Nancy on availability and cost.

CAMERA DISCLOSURE: RING Doorbell and 4 cameras surrounding outside of the property. The cameras record sound and video for 10 seconds on motion activation during non-rental time periods. The cameras will be turned off upon your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: 

• One hundred percent (100%) refund will be given if reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
• Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
• For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
