Our pet friendly cabin is centrally located to all the amenities in Big Bear. Minutes away from the Snow Summit Ski Resort, Adventure Club, Downtown and Big Bear Lake.
 
After a fun day enjoying nature, come back home to enjoy a home cooked dinner for the whole family made possible by the fully stocked kitchen and spacious dining table. Relax with your loved ones in our comfy living room as the day comes to a close.
 
Enjoy the entire two story condominium for your getaway. All 1400 sq ft of the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every guest.

Nancy/team meets you at the property. Face to face check in is required by Big Bear City. Fill out a guest registration, get keys, and go over the amenities to start your vacation.
 
Safe and well maintained condo complex in the middle of all the action but far away enough from Big Bear Blvd for a good nights sleep.
Streets are cleaned and plowed regularly in the winter time. Easy drive in and out of well maintained streets.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE for Summit Blvd. August 1 - October 15, 2024. In order to be completely transparent we must let our guests know that there will be major construction on Summit Blvd. through October 15, 2024. Construction hours will be from 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. This means that there may be excessive noise, heavy construction traffice and other associated impacts. You may park in the driveway, however, access to the driveway may be provded through temporary ramping or steel plates. Snow Summit may be accessed using Thrush Drive. Cancellation Policy: 

  • One hundred percent (100%) refund will be given if reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
  • Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
  • For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
